Alex has over a decade of experience in advising and investing in early and growth stage software startups. At Scale, Alex focuses on opportunities in business software (marketing, sales, HR, finance) and vertical software (financial services, commerce, etc). He has been involved with the firm's investments in Bill.com, Demandbase, PeopleMatter, and Sailthru.
Prior to joining ScaleVP in 2013, Alex was at Crosslink Capital where he worked on investments in Bleacher Report (acquired by Turner), Marin Software (MRIN), and Flurry (acquired by Yahoo). Prior to Crosslink, Alex was at investment bank Montgomery & Co. providing advisory services to Internet and software clients. Some of his clients included Club Penguin, MySpace, and LegalZoom.

Mike Germano is the Chief Digital Officer of VICE Media and has been challenging the conventions of traditional advertising for more than a decade. It all began when he utilized a guerrilla social media campaign to become one of the youngest elected officials in the country. Not long after, he co-founded Carrot Creative, an award winning digital agency that boasts an impressive lineup of clients that includes Rolex, Chipotle, Unilever, Ferrari, Disney, & Budweiser
Since VICE’s acquisition of Carrot in 2013, Mike has been leading the commercialization of all VICE digital properties as Chief Digital Officer, as well as continuing to serve as Carrot’s CEO. His industrial expertise and electric presentation style have made him a globally sought-after speaker on a range of topics: he has given keynotes around the world from CES to the NFL.
Additionally, Mike is an angel investor in several successful ventures and because he loves eating and wanted a place for employees to drink, he co-owns Brooklyn’s premier rooftop bar and pizza restaurant, Fornino. He currently resides in Brooklyn with his wife and two children.
Rohit Prabhakar

Rohit Prabhakar has a strong background in technology, sales and marketing. He is currently responsible for the Digital Marketing Strategy and Marketing Technologies for McKesson Corporation. He heads Digital COE which is responsible for innovation, setting up the best practices, providing marketing technology infrastructure, implementing/improving marketing processes and governance across all business units and marketing functions at McKesson. Inside McKesson he is referred as The Digital Transformation Man.
Prior to joining McKesson, Rohit worked in various diverse roles like software engineer, technical architect, project manager, account manager, product manager etc. in financial and auto industries.
He is very passionate about enabling business with right technology, people and processes. He loves to wear business hat before the technology hat as he believes that technology is to enable business/need and not vice versa.
Rohit has earned Bachelor of Science, Masters of Science, Masters in Computers and MBA from various universities.
Louise Felton

Louise joined Intel in November, 2014, to lead the brand strategy, campaigns, and programs team and to spearhead efforts to revitalize the Intel brand globally. In her role, Louise is responsible for development and management of the brand strategic platform and integrated campaigns designed to significantly impact key metrics for Intel’s key target segments, including both internal and external audiences. Justin Antonipillai serves as Counselor to Secretary Penny Pritzker, with the Delegated Duties of the Under Secretary for Economic Affairs. In this capacity, Mr. Antonipillai leads the Economics and Statistics Administration, which includes, the Office of the Chief Economist and two of our nation's leading information agencies: the Census Bureau and the Bureau of Economic Analysis.
Mr. Antonipillai serves as senior advisor to the Secretary on a wide range of economic issues, including tax, digital economy, and data policy issues.
Mr. Antonipillai joined the Commerce Department in 2013 as Deputy General Counsel, and has also served as Acting General Counsel and Acting Chief of Staff to Secretary Pritzker. Mr. Antonipillai has played a key role in a number of the Department's top priorities, including co-leading the United States negotiating team in reaching agreement on the new E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield with the European Commission, and on the issues of privacy, cybersecurity and encryption, and a number of other digital economic issues.
Prior to joining the Commerce Department, Mr. Antonipillai was a partner with the international law firm of Arnold & Porter LLP where he focused on the growth of United States-based companies, private equity funds, and accounting firms. During his time in private practice, Mr. Antonipillai was selected one of the "Top 40 Lawyers under 40" by Washingtonian Magazine, and one of the "Top 40 Business People Under 40" by the Washington Business Journal.
